Jan 27 - Feb 3, 2013

Su - Finally got around to making the tortilla soup and it was delicious.
M - Smoothie and leftover pancakes.  The smoothie lately is homemade yogurt, frozen bananas, frozen pineapple, splash of grape juice and a fresh orange.  I started cutting off the peel like this and instead of segmenting I just cut the whole thing into pieces.
T - Leftover lasagna from the freezer.
W - Frozen pizza
Th - Leftovers
F - Squash soup from the freezer
Sa - Veggie Meatloaf
Su - Chicken Enchilada Past to take to Ron and Pam for the big game.

This week I added diced up orange and pomegranate seeds to the homemade yogurt for lunch.  I figured out how to get the darn pomegranate seeds out easy using the spoon thumping method.

I also am having a lot of fun making my own Lara bars.  They are super easy and crazy yummy.  Here is a generic method.  An the best ones so far (I think) are the apple pie!  They taste like dessert but have no added sugar.  Just apples, dates, and walnuts!
